A simply stunning, early autumn, sunset fills the sky with intense colours over the Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria.  I had noticed how the sky was developing into something special but, due to a prior engagement, knew that I had a limited time to find a composition.  Thankfully, having scouted the areas close to my home for such an occasion, I knew that this lone tree would make for a striking subject and so carefully navigated some overhanging branches to set up my camera and capture the drama above.  It was only after studying the final image that I realised how the shape of the tree looks similar to a performer beginning to take a bow on stage.
