What is normally one of Victoria's prime surfing locations, 13th Beach at Barwon Heads takes on a completely different look at low tide.  Fascinating tide pools and beautifully abstract rock formations are exposed which provided me with some unique foreground interests.  After taking a while to fine tune my composition I was completely oblivious to the crescent moon appearing in the top of the shot but found that this nicely complimented the shapes below.
